Avon also specializes in the design and manufacture of surface broach insert holders, pot broach insert holders, and workpiece holding part fixtures from simple to complex pneumatic and hydraulic fixture assemblies.
Pot Broach Tooling: Avon has the capability to design and manufacture precision pot broaching dies to produce various external features. Involute splines, straight splines, hexes, and slots are just a few examples.
Blind Spline Tooling: Avon has the capability to design and manufacture precision blind spline broaching dies to produce various external features. Involute splines, straight splines, hexes, and slots are just a few examples.
Internal Pull Broach Tools: Avon's capability ranges in size from .150 inch to over 8.0 inch diameter, with lengths up to 100 inches. Splines, hexes, squares and other complex form broach tools are designed and manufactured by highly skilled personnel.
Surface Broach Tooling: Both custom and standard surface broach tools are designed and manufactured by Avon. Simple flat cutting broach inserts, side shaving inserts, and inserts having complex forms such as lock cylinder inserts and concave sector serration tools.
